The Head Ache that is You

The inside of my head throbs,

Refusing to sleep,

Refusing to stop.

The pain it hurts,

The pain it hurts.

Monotonous and constant.

All I want is to sleep,

To rest my eyes and to sleep.

But the pain it goes on,

It churns,

And it churns.

For you

I starved myself,

For you.

With every ounce that I lost, there was more desire.

I was dying on the inside but that did not matter.

What mattered was the outside,

Because that was all you wanted,

All you cared about.

And I let it happen,

For you.
